Ship Balance update

I've done a pass at ship balance today

* removed MFP's immunity to torpedo attacks
* made it so that AA weapons can be used against ships that do not have armour
* added some MTB type ships in response to requests for cheap scouting ships
* changed the stat weighting of the ship cost formula

And if this isn't enough to make spam fleets balanced, I'll add an overkill mechanic into combat resolution.

There are some things Requisition can't buy. For everything else, there's Mastercard.

Also aha! You _do_ have a ship cost formula.

Of course. There's a few dozen ships in game now, and that number will only go up in time. Doing it with math is the only way to do it.

Will the rest of the ships like the Essex-class appear sooner? Or will it appear in the next few months?

If it's time constraints that stop you from adding more ship classes, as long the ship interface is known, we can put up a Google Sheet and fill in the ship entries from the historical sources, which you can of course easily export as a .csv (or parse into .json, etc, etc) to import into the game, if you have a system that does that (you probably should)

Yes, all the ship stats are currently being pulled from a csv file. I'm not opposed to crowd sourcing new additions, but it's also not much of a priority right now either.

Actually I wonder if, if the ship costs are autogenerated anyway, would you be amenable to eventually implementing a "ship designer" or "refit" function, of some level of historical rigorousness?
(One one end, full freedom warship design)
(On the other end, choosing AA/DC/torpedo loadouts, swapping IJN 15.5cm and 20.3cm turrets, historical refit sort of things)

Add another fleet carrier please. Seeing only one fleet carrier in the game breaks my heart as someone who favors naval aviation tactics :(

UPDATE: Overkill mechanic has been added to damage resolution, battleship now Queen of the Seas again.

Update: Torpedo mechanic has been added to combat calculations, battleship now get slapped around by submarines.

Anti sub warfare still seems a bit borked though.
